At a PB > 5 bar up to max. 25 bar a

solenoid valve MV must be installed

between the crosspoint KP and th

e

measuring branch MA

.

The solenoid valve protects the

leak detector from non-permissible

high pressures. The solenoid valve

is monitored electronically so that

a failure of the solenoid valve

triggers the alarm.
