Propane gas welder with piezo ignition and turbo flame
for welding copper pipes up to diam. 42 mm. The turbo
flame is composed of many inner cones. This flame
turbolence effect shrouds the whole tube surface to weld
and that gives an optimal temperature of 2100°C to
obtain a perfect welding result.
Welding with turbo flame avoids the use of the Gyroflam
because the tool reaches a high temperature that allows
the best results just by positioning the welder jet on
the surface to weld in order to bring it to the optimal
temperature.

Soldador de gas propano de ignición piezo y con flama
turbo para soldar tubos de cobre hasta el diám. 42. La
flama turbo es formada por una multitud de dardos.
El efecto de turbulencia creado enrolla el tubo a soldar
con un cambio térmico optimal equivalente a 2100°.
La soldadura por medio del quemador turbo excluye el
uso de Gyroflam porque, debido a la alta temperatura
que llega, es posible obtenir los más altos resultados
enderezando el flujo del soplete hacia un punto de
la superficie a soldar para conseguir la temperatura
optimal.
