Le caratteristiche principali di questo attrezzo sono le morse

in acciaio a chiusura rapida e a pressione regolabile con

segmenti intercambiabili ad incastro rapido centrale per

ottenere un corretto e sicuro bloccaggio di tubi, manicotti

e deviazioni utilizzando le stesse morse con un notevole

risparmio di tempo e di attrezzature opzionali.

Le morse sono fissate a un supporto orientabile di 15° che

consente di eseguire saldature su tubi inclinati a settori di

15° formando un angolo massimo di 30°.

La base fissa è in lega leggera e incorpora i supporti per le

guide che sono in acciaio; la base scorrevole

è azionata

da un'asta a cremagliera con volantino per calibrarne

il movimento e per caricare la molla di pressione con il

minimo sforzo.

La piastra saldante (PS 120 TR), a temperatura regolabile

(0 ÷ 300°) e a doppio isolamento, e la fresa, azionata

da un motore a velocità variabile da 0 a 300 giri/min.,

scorrono sulla medesima guida in acciaio cromato e

manicotti a ricircolo di sfere.

Viene fornita con un telaio tubolare che serve da basamento

e da mezzo di trasporto con cassetto porta accessori e

completa di segmenti per le morse e per i supporti tubo dal

Ø40al Ø90.

suitable for by-passes and urban sewers. The quick closing

and adjustable pressure steel vices are the main innovative

features of this item. Together with the interchangeable

segments they achieve a quick central alignment to

obtain the correct and sure locking of pipes, sockets and

deflections by using the same vices. This saves also a great

amount of time and optional accessories.

These vices are fixed to an adjustable support which can

be regulated each of 15 degrees; that allows to weld

tilted ends of pipes each 15° providing a sector making a

maximum angle of 30°.

The BABY 110 fixed base is in light chromium-plated alloy

and includes the chromium-plated grinded steel guide

supports. The sliding base is made to operate by using

a wheel rack rod to calibrate the movement and to easily

wind up the pressure spring.

The double-insulated welding plate (PS 120 TR) with

adjustable temperature (0 ÷ 300°), and the milling cutter,

which is actuated by operating the variable speed motor

(from 0-300 RPM) slide on the same chromium-plated steel

guide and ball bearing sockets.

It can be supplied with a tubolar frame acting as a base

and as a means of transport. It includes a drawer with

tooling; complete set of segments for vices and pipe

supports from Ø 40 up to Ø 90.

características principales de esta herramienta son las

morsas en acero de cierre rápido y de presi

ón adjustable

con segmentos intercambiables de encastre rápido central

para conseguir un correcto y seguro bloqueo de tubos,

manguitos y desvios utilizando las mismas morsas con

enorme ahorro de tiempo y de equipos opcionales. Las

morsas son fijadas a un soporte orientable de 15° que

permite de hacer soldaduras sobre tubos inclinados a

sectores de 15° formando un ángulo máximo de 30°.

La base fija es en liga ligera e incorpora los soportes

para las guías que son en acero; la base deslizante es

accionada por una barra de cremallera con volante para

calibrar el movimiento y para cargar el resorte de presión

con el mínimo esfuerzo.

La plancha soldante (PS 120 TR), de temperatura

adjustable (0 ÷ 300°) y de doble aislamiento, y la fresa,

accionada por un motor de velocidad variable de 0 a

300 revoluciones/min., deslizan sobre la misma guía en

acero cromato y manguitos de recirculación de esferas.

Abastecida con un chasis tubular que sirve como basamento

y como medio de transporte con cajón portaherramienta

y completa de segmentos para las morsas y para los

soportes tubo del Ø 40 al Ø 90.
