rivestire i contenitori e alcuni piani
delle collezioni Rexa Design.
Per garantire un risultato eccellente
e ottenere 2-3 mm di spessore
viene steso un fondo, uno strato
di malta media e uno di malta fine.
Il prodotto viene poi levigato e, per
stabilizzare e impermeabilizzare,
vengono applicate tre mani
di finitura trasparente opaca.
Il prodotto non è tossico, non
è pericoloso per l’uomo
e per l’ambiente e può essere
riciclato come un inerte edile.
Ecomalta is composed by water
polymers, Italian minerals and
colored eco-sustainable pigments.
It’s applied manually on cabinets
and some Rexa Design’s collection
top. To guarantee an excellent
result and to obtain 2-3 mm
of thickness, it’s applied a base
of medium and fine mortar.
Then, the product is polished and,
to stabilize and to waterproof it, it’s
applied 3 coats of mat transparent
finish. The product is not toxic
and it is not dangerous for human
and for the environment. It can be
recycled as a construction inert.

un excellent résultat et obtenir 2-3
mm d’épaisseur, nous appliquons
une base de mortier moyenne
et mortier fin. Ensuite, le produit
vient poli et, pour stabiliser et
imperméabiliser, il vient appliqué 3
couches de une finition transparent
mat. Le produit n’est pas toxique
et il n’est pas dangereux pour
l’homme et pour l’environnement.

Dieses Ergebnis erhält man durch
folgende Vorgehensweise: es wird
zuerst ein Haftgrund hergestellt,
danach ein Mittelmörtel-Grund
aufgetragen und danach eine
Dünnmörtelschicht. Danach wird
das Produkt geschliffen und für
drei Male wird eine durchsichtige,
matte Lackierung aufgetragen.
Es ist unbrennbar, transpirierbar
und unvergilblich, flexibel
und es enthält kein Zement.
Es ist für Personen oder Umwelt
nicht giftig und nicht gefährlich.
Es kann wie untätiges Baumaterial
wieder verwendet werden.
La Ecomalta està componida
de polimeros al agua, minerales
italianos y pigmentos colorados
bio-compatible. Se aplica a mano
sobres colgantes y encimeras
de Rexa Design. Para obtener
un resultado óptimo y tener 2-3
mm de espesor se esparce un
fondo, un estrato de argamasa
medio y uno fino. El producto
después se alisa y, para estabilizar
y impermeabilizar, se aplican tres
capas de acabados transparente
y mate. El producto es ignifugo,
transpirable, flexible, y puede
ser reciclado como material
inerte de la costrucción.

Per la pulizia utilizzare normali detergenti
neutri non schiumogeni e senza solventi.
Cleaning
For cleaning, use a common neutral detergent
with no suds and without solvents.
