CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
1) I prezzi indicati nel listino sono espressi in Euro.
2) Il pagamento è sempre concordato al momento dellʼordine e se non specificato si intendono valide le condizioni
precedentemente applicate. Il mancato o ritardato pagamento di una fattura autorizza la venditrice ad interrom-
pere le forniture, anche se confermate per iscritto.
3) Ammanchi o difetti vanno notificati entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce alla ditta venditrice.
4 ) Qualora lʼimballo risulti manomesso o danneggiato, la notifica deve essere effettuata al trasportatore nel mo-
mento dello scarico.
5) La quantità consegnata potr
à subire variazioni del 10% rispetto a quella ordinata, poichè prodotta di volta in
volta su richiesta del committente.
6) I termini di consegna stabiliti potranno subire ritardi per fatti indipendenti dalla volontà della venditrice. Solo la
colpa grave della stessa potrà dar luogo al risarcimento dei danni entro i limiti del valore della merce. Per qualsiasi
controversia legale è competente il Foro di Viterbo.
GENERAL SALES CONDICTIONS
1) The prices indicated in the price list and expressed in euro.
2) The payment is always agreed upon at the moment of placing the other and if not specifield the
condictions, previously applied are valid. The missed or delayed payment of an invoice authorizes the
seller in blocking the consignments, even if already confirmed.
3) Deficits or defects these must be notifield to the seller within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
4) Should the packing be damaged, the notification must be comunicated to the carriers at the moment of
consigning the goods.
5) The quantity consigned could undengo a 10% variation compared to the ordered quantity, the to in being
produced in part as requested by the buyer.
6) the terms of delivery could have delais for reasons not due to the seller. where possible there will be damage,
customer
will be refunded for damage within the goods value.
