Tempi e modalità di esercizio della garanzia
Super Inox Rubinetterie garantisce i suoi prodotti, a decorrere dalla data di acquisto, per un periodo di 10 anni. Tale data deve essere comprovata da un
valido documento d’acquisto senza il quale il diritto di garanzia non potrà essere riconosciuto.
Super Inox Rubinetterie assicura la qualità, l’assenza di difetti di fabbricazione ed il regolare funzionamento dei suoi prodotti e si impegna, pertanto, a
eliminarne ogni difetto originario nel periodo di copertura dalla presente garanzia.
L’acquirente deve veri
ficare i prodotti subito dopo il loro arrivo nel luogo di consegna convenuto e, se dovesse rilevare una mancanza di qualità e/o un cattivo
funzionamento del prodotto, dovrà darne tempestivamente comunicazione scritta a Super Inox Rubinetterie e/o al distributore/rivenditore autorizzato
presso il quale
è stato acquistato, indicando dettagliatamente le non conformità contestate ed allegando un documento comprovante la data d’acquisto.
Le spese di reso sono a carico del cliente, salvo accordo specifico tra la direzione commerciale di Super Inox Rubinetterie e l’acquirente.
Il supporto tecnico di Super Inox Rubinetterie provveder
à a evadere il reclamo nel minor tempo possibile.
In sede di veri
fica, dopo aver accertato la difettosità, Super Inox Rubinetterie provveder
à gratuitamente alla riparazione del prodotto oppure alla sua sostituzione.
In ogni caso questi interventi non comporteranno un prolungamento del periodo di garanzia.
Decadenza della garanzia
La garanzia decade nel caso in cui si verifichino le seguenti situazioni:
1.
errori di installazione e messa in opera del prodotto;
2.
deterioramento della rubinetteria imputabile ad un’istallazione effettuata in modo non corretto;
3.
deterioramento delle superfici dovuto alla cattiva manutenzione protrattasi nel tempo e/o all’uso di prodotti contenenti acidi o sostanze abrasive;
4.
deterioramento delle superfici con
finiture non satinate. La loro durata
è infatti subordinata alla cura e alla delicatezza dell’uso da parte dell’utente;
5.
inef
ficienza dei prodotti Super Inox Rubinetterie dipendente dalla qualit
à e dalla pressione dell’acqua (dev’essere compresa tra i 3 e i 4 bar);
6.
utilizzo del prodotto in modo non corretto;
7.
riparazioni e manutenzioni effettuate in modo non idoneo e senza preventiva autorizzazione dell’azienda;
8.
in ogni altra ipotesi di mancato rispetto delle istruzioni di utilizzo dei prodotti in dotazione agli stessi;
9.
sono esclusi dalla garanzia le parti in vetro, le cartucce e i vitoni;
Per una corretta installazione e per preservare il mantenimento delle caratteristiche estetico – funzionali dei prodotti, Super Inox Rubinetterie raccomanda
di seguire le istruzioni in allegate al prodotto stesso.
Super Inox Rubinetterie raccomanda, inoltre, l’installazione di un filtro idoneo nell’impianto idraulico in correlazione alla qualità dell’acqua del proprio territorio.
Limitazioni della garanzia
La garanzia Super Inox Rubinetterie non è rinnovabile.
La presente garanzia Super Inox Rubinetterie lascia impregiudicati i diritti dell’ acquirente rispetto a quanto stabilito dal D.Lgs n 206/2005 in merito alle
garanzie dovute dal venditore al consumatore. Ulteriori responsabilit
à di qualsiasi genere e a qualsiasi titolo non varranno se non in quanto stabilite dal
D.Lgs n 206/2005. La presente garanzia, che si aggiunge a quelle contenute nelle condizioni generali di vendita,
è l’unica offerta da Super Inox Rubinetterie
all’ acquirente e non pu
ò in alcun caso essere modificata o integrata da altre dichiarazioni o promesse da chiunque fornite.
GUARANTEE
Guarantee claims: time frame and method
Super Inox Rubinetterie provides a 10-year guarantee on its products starting from the date of purchase. This date must be proven by a valid purchase
document, without which the warranty claim cannot be accepted.
Super Inox Rubinetterie ensures the quality, the absence of manufacturing defects and the correct functioning of its products and therefore undertakes
to eliminate any original defects during the period covered by the present guarantee.
The purchaser must check the products immediately after their arrival at the agreed place of delivery. If a lack of quality and/or malfunction of the product is
detected, it must be promptly reported to Super Inox Rubinetterie and/or to the authorised distributor/retailer from which it was purchased, with a detailed
description of the non-conformities found and attaching a document proving the date of purchase.
The return expenses are to be paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
The technical support of Super Inox Rubinetterie will process the complaint as quickly as possible.
After inspecting the item and confirming the presence of a defect, Super Inox Rubinetterie will repair or replace it free of charge.
In any case, these interventions will not lead to an extension of the guarantee period.
Invalidation of the guarantee
The guarantee ceases to be valid in the following cases:
1.
errors during installation;
2.
deterioration of the products due to incorrect installation;
3.
deterioration of the surfaces due to bad maintenance over time and/or use of acid and/or abrasive cleaning products;
4.
deterioration of the finishes other than brushed. Their duration depends in fact on their correct use and maintenance;
5.
inef
ficiency of the Super Inox Rubinetterie products depending on the quality and pressure of water (pressure must be between 3 and 4 bar);
6.
incorrect use of the product;
7.
repairs and maintenance performed in an unsuitable manner and without the prior authorisation of the company;
8.
in any other case of non-compliance with the instructions for use of the products supplied with them;
9.
glass parts, cartridges and on/off valves are excluded from the guarantee;
For a correct installation and to preserve the aesthetic-functional characteristics of the products, Super Inox Rubinetterie recommends following the
instructions given along with the product.
Super Inox Rubinetterie also recommends the installation of a suitable filter in the plumbing system according to the water quality of your area.
Guarantee limitations
The Super Inox Rubinetterie guarantee cannot be renewed.
The Super Inox Rubinetterie warranty does not affect the rights of the purchaser in relation to the provisions of Lgs. D. no. 206/2005 concerning the guarantees
given by the seller to the consumer by law. Further liability of any kind and for any reason whatsoever shall not apply except as provided for in Legislative
Decree no. 206/2005.
This Conventional Guarantee, which is in addition to the guarantees included in the general conditions of sale, is the only one offered by Super Inox
Rubinetterie to the purchaser. In no case may it be modi
fied or supplemented by other statements or promises made by anyone.
